To view and modify languages used by Polar help desk, you must have certain permissions. By default, Administrator can view and manage section.
- Log in to the Polar help desk application using your user name and password.
- Click the 'Administration' in the header navigation and then select 'Languages'. The screen with available languages will display.
- Click on the name of the language that you want to make translation changes. A screen with translation tables will appear.
- Do translation and save.
