What Is Priority Escalation
.

The priority escalation is a process that monitors the elapsed time of an incident or work order and at set intervals sends e-mail notifications and escalates them to the next priority level.

The main benefit of the priority escalations is that it dramatically reduces risks of the

poor support quality and, in the long run, improves customers overall satisfaction. Also, it reduces the impacts customer’s business can have due to unsolved problems.
