What is the Difference Between the Anonymous and other Contacts?

Anonymous cannot create incidents (submit requests/report problems). Anonymous is used by default to allow persons who are not registered to register, or who are not logged in to retrieve password. When a person is not logged in, Polar Help Desk 5 treats him/her as Anonymous.
