.

The typical incident life cycle:

1. user creates a new incident

2. the incident is assigned to a support representative and he/she starts working on its resolution

3. the support representative offers a solution to submitter

4. the user tests the solution; the support staff proposes another solution if the previous one did not satisfy

5. if the solution works, the incident is closed.
