What Set Of Permissions Can I Assign To A Role
.

Items in Polar Help Desk have the following set of four permissions:

Post Item Permission - permission to create new item

Get Item Permission - permission to view the contents of an existing item

Put Item Permission - permission to update an existing item

Delete Item Permission - permission to delete item

However, you cannot set all of these permissions on every item. For example, the only permission you can set on “Administration” item is the “Read” permission. Therefore, no user can create, delete, or update this item; it can only be allowed to be seen.
