Which User Types are Supported by Polar Help Desk?

Please visit Polar Help Desk 5 in a Nutshell to get quick overview of users, teams, contacts and accounts.

There are by default three basic types of Users:

  • support representatives - responsible for resolving incidents
  • administrators - responsible for system administration
  • managers - responsible for support service management and results

Each type of user has a different interface and different functionalities included. Although these are three basic user types, "hybrid" users can also be defined by adding different Roles to them by using Administration tab.
