| Support representative is responsible for resolving incidents if and when they occur. Support representative needs to answer customer in the fastest possible way. In order to resolve incidents faster and easier, support representative can use a database with already resolved incidents. There can be several support representatives in your company and all of them can access the help desk, but only a limited number of them can solve incidents, depending of the number of named licenses purchased.
